The 3Sharp Inc.’s (3Sharp) Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of 3Sharp regarding the 3Sharp Platform and other 3Sharp services. To view Adobe, Inc.’s privacy practices, please go to https://www.adobe.com/privacy.html .
By using 3Sharp services, you agree to the End User License Agreements of these services and consent to our collection, use and disclosure practices, and other activities as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may occasionally change this Privacy Policy. If we do, this policy will indicate if and when it has been changed. For new users, the change will become effective upon posting. For existing users, if the change is significant, it will become effective 30 days after posting.
1. Information Collected
The type of information we may collect includes your email address provided to us, which may be considered Personal Information/Personal Data. "Personal Information/Personal Data" is information that can be used to identify you (whether alone or in combination).
Additional information 3Sharp collects includes site usage information, such as the tracking of file downloads.
Your information will only be shared with Adobe, Inc and other 3Sharp partners in connection with their uses of 3Sharp services. For instance, email addresses provided may be shared with Adobe for the purposes of usage of the account associated with this email address. Otherwise, the information is used internally for the purposes of providing 3Sharp services’ funcationalty to you, such as by using your email address for login and authentication purposes, and improving this functionality, such as by analyzing site usage statistics to improve site usage capabilities. Information will also be shared with governments to the extent required by law.
3Sharp securely stores your data on 3Sharp’s servers and the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us. We provide reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective and 3Sharp cannot ensure or warrant the security of your personal information.
3. Do Not Track requests
Please note that your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services you visit. Like many websites and online services, 3Sharp does not currently alter its practices when it receives a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser. 5. Web beacons
Web beacons and embedded scripts are other technologies that we may use in our websites, files, as well as in some of our emails.
Web beacons (or “tags”) are bits of programming code included in web pages, files, and emails that will notify 3Sharp when they have been visited, viewed, or opened.
Please note that 3Sharp may embed web beacons on files uploaded to the 3Sharp Platform for the purposes of measuring site usage statistics of 3Sharp websites. By uploading content to the 3Sharp Platform, you consent to the placement of this web beacon, and by downloading content from the 3Sharp platform, you give consent to this tracking, and promise to obtain consent for this tracking before sharing these documents with others.
6. Information retention
We process and keep most information we have about you for as long as you are an active user of our services. When you close your account, we begin deleting certain personal information that we no longer have a business reason to retain. However, we typically retain personal information related to our contract and business transactions with you for seven years after your last interaction with us.
7. Your rights
Under the law of some countries, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information; to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal information; and to obtain the personal information you provide to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine readable format, and to ask us to share (port) this information to another controller. In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal information in some circumstances (in particular, where we don’t have to process the information to meet a contractual or other legal requirement, or where we are using the information for direct marketing).
These rights may be limited, for example, if fulfilling your request would reveal personal information about another person, or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping (such as fraud prevention purposes).
To exercise any of these rights (including deactivating your Adobe ID account), you can get in touch with us by submitting a support ticket via the portal or the Adobe data protection officer using the details set out below. If you have unresolved concerns, you have the right to report them to an EU or other data protection authority where you live, work or where you believe a potential violation may have occurred.
